We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Built-to-order and custom parts are excluded from this policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products

  • Built-to-order items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Special Orders & Cancellations

All special-order parts are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, plus any applicable fees charged by the manufacturer.
