Special Order & Built-to-Order Parts

  • Special order and built-to-order parts may be subject to a 5–20% restocking or cancellation fee if canceled within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • After 30 days from the order date, special order and built-to-order parts cannot be canceled for any reason.

  • Lead times for special order or built-to-order parts are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer availability or delays.

  • Once processing or production has begun, orders are considered final.

By purchasing special order or built-to-order items, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Additional Notes

  • Special order and built-to-order parts are non-returnable.

  • Any approved refund within the first 30 days will be issued minus the applicable 5–20% restocking or cancellation fee.

  • Delaney’s Diesel is not responsible for manufacturer delays once an order has been placed.

Section 6 – Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders may be limited per customer, household, or payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and account information and to update it as necessary.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
