These SDP S400 install kits are currently made to order and have an extended lead time. Typical lead time is 4–5 months. We also regularly have other turbo kit options available with quicker shipping, so please reach out before ordering if you need something sooner.

This kit is for LB7 and LLY trucks only.

What’s Included

This kit includes everything needed for an S400 setup EXCEPT the turbocharger (T4 S400 frame charger).

To make this kit 100% complete, add a turbocharger. Turbo pricing varies depending on size and options — we can help spec the right turbo for your goals if you are unsure

Kit Features

• 5" intake with large AFE Dry filter

• Driver side intercooler pipe with V-band assembly

• Braided stainless feed and drain line

• Custom billet drain line fittings

• Billet T4 riser block and cast pedestal with studs

• Downpipe with Cerakote

• Driver side transmission dipstick

• Low-profile billet turbo thermostat coolant plug

LLY Fitment Note

If you have an LLY, you will need one of the following:

• Factory LB7 Y-bridge and intercooler pipe, or

• Select the optional 3" Y-bridge option

Emissions Note

• May not fit California emissions LB7 trucks without modifications to emissions equipment or complete removal.
