JZ Manufacturing Drop In VGT Turbo (04.5–16 Duramax)

JZ Manufacturing “Drop In” VGT turbos are proudly built in the USA using top quality components and precision balancing techniques for maximum reliability and performance. These turbos start as genuine factory Garrett units (Powermax Stage 1, Powermax Stage 2/4094 depending on size) before being professionally modified to deliver more airflow, more power, and that aggressive VGT whistle — while still keeping excellent drivability.

These are true direct bolt on VGT upgrades designed for towing, street driving, and performance applications. Simply select your truck year and turbo size option.

Available Turbo Sizes

63.5mm (LLY, LBZ, LMM, LML) Drop In VGT

Great balance of spool up and added airflow while maintaining strong street manners.

• Capable of up to 650 HP with proper tuning and supporting fuel mods

65mm (LLY, LBZ, LMM, LML) Drop In VGT

A stronger performance step up while still keeping comfortable spool time for street and towing use. Built from brand new Garrett Powermax Stage 1 turbos before modification.

• Capable of up to 700 HP with proper tuning and supporting fuel mods

68mm (LLY, LBZ, LMM) Drop In VGT

Designed for maximum performance and competition style use while still retaining VGT function. Built from Garrett Powermax Stage 2/4094 turbos before modification and features JZM’s proprietary “R” vane setup for power and whistle.
Perfect for drag racing, sled pulling, dirt drags, and dyno use.

• Capable of up to 775 HP with proper tuning and supporting fuel mods

Turbo compressor cover may come in either a:

• Flat black finish

• Raw cover finish

  1 year unlimited miles on craftsmanship and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by contaminated or poor quality oil, overspeeding due to boost leaks, improper or poor tuning, or compressor/turbine wheel damage from contaminated air or dirty air filters.

• Fits 2004.5–2016 6.6L Duramax trucks (select year option)

• 68mm option is ONLY available for 2004.5–2010 (LLY LBZ LMM)

• LML (2011–2016) options are 63.5mm and 65mm only
