Delaney’s Diesel Launch Kit (2001–2019 Duramax)

If you’re trying to 60 foot your Duramax harder and straighter, you don’t need to throw hundreds (or thousands) of dollars at your entire front end.

The Delaney’s Diesel Launch Kit is a proven setup for 2001–2019 Duramax trucks that helps keep your front end stable on launch and improves steering control under load. Pair this kit with your torsion keys turned down so your CV axle angles are flat or slightly negative, and you’ll be shocked how well the truck leaves.

We’ve personally gone 1.4x 60 foot with only these two items on the front end.

Why it works

Launching a Duramax hard puts a ton of stress into the steering and tie rods. This kit helps tighten the system up, keeps it planted, and reduces unwanted movement so the truck can track straight and leave clean.

Important Notes

For best results, make sure your front end components are in good condition before installing:

• Ball joints

• Idler & pitman arms

• CV axles

• Inner & outer tie rods
