Build Options

Stock Rebuild (Stock Trucks Only)

A stock style rebuild intended for OEM power levels only.

  • New frictions and steels

  • Complete overhaul kit (gaskets, seals, o rings)

  • New internal harness

  • Internal and external spin on filters

  • Stock torque converter

Fitment Requirements:

  • Bone stock vehicles only

  • No tuning exceptions

Note:
Any Allison behind a hotshot/heavy hauling truck will automatically have a billet input shaft added.


525 HP Build (Tune Only Tow/Daily)

Perfect for tuned trucks used for towing and daily driving.

  • New clutches and steels

  • Additional clutches in select packs (custom machined pressure plates)

  • Increased line pressure

  • Complete overhaul kit

  • New internal harness

  • Internal and external spin on filters

  • Triple disc converter

Important Use Note:

  • Best for daily/tow rigs

  • No racing

  • No competitive pulling

  • No 4x4 boosted launches

Approval Required:
This build is approved case by case. Truck setup must be reviewed and approved before the build is confirmed.


Shipping / Core Charge (If Not Installed In Shop)

If you would like your transmission shipped:

  • Add the $2,000 core charge

  • Must be shipped to a commercial address with a forklift

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if forklift access is not available

Want it custom?

  • Add $600 for powdercoat

  • Any Prismatic Powders color of your choice

    Tuning Requirements (Warranty Policy)

    For warranty purposes, we must know what tuning company will be tuning your truck (ECM and TCM).

    If the tuning provider is not one we recommend or approve, we will require the truck to be tuned through our preferred options, and we will need to supply:

    • ECM tuning

    • TCM tuning

    This helps ensure the transmission is protected for long term reliability.
