The FASS SK5501 Diesel Fuel Sump Kit is designed to simplify lift pump installs and improve fuel pickup by pulling fuel from the lowest point of the tank. This kit is a universal fit for most Ford Powerstroke, GM Duramax, and Dodge Ram Cummins applications.

The Return Style sump design requires only one hole to be drilled in the fuel tank and allows the FASS return line to be plumbed directly back into the sump using the built-in return port. The sump also places the suction port at the lowest point of the tank to maintain consistent fuel supply and eliminate common low-fuel issues.

The extra large bowl acts as a reservoir, helping keep fuel supply stable during heavy braking, acceleration, and when running low on fuel.
