S&S Diesel Motorsport CP3 Pumps – Normal Speed

S&S Duramax CP3 pumps are built from brand-new Bosch LBZ-based CP3 units and precision-modified to support fueling demands ranging from 500 to 1,400 horsepower in a single-pump configuration. Each pump is fully tested and includes a performance data sheet, which is critical for accurate ECU calibration.

These pumps feature internal modifications that go beyond simple displacement increases, allowing efficient fuel delivery through the usable RPM range of most diesel engines. While capable of supporting aggressive performance builds, Normal Speed CP3 pumps are optimized for engines operating at typical diesel RPM levels and are the preferred choice for the majority of street, tow, and performance applications.

S&S Diesel Motorsport CP3 Pumps – High Speed (HS)

Peak performance is the driving force behind S&S Diesel Motorsport engineering, resulting in fuel system components that exceed the demands of extreme competition applications. The S&S High Speed (HS) CP3 pumps are highly modified for maximum efficiency at elevated engine speeds and require precise ECU calibration.

High-speed efficiency does not benefit the majority of diesel engines and is intended for the select few pushing sustained high RPM operation. These pumps are designed specifically for competition and high-RPM engines where fuel delivery above conventional diesel RPM ranges is critical.

Important Selection Notice

⚠️ High Speed CP3 pumps are required for engines operating above 3,500 RPM.
⚠️ Do not select a Normal Speed pump for high-RPM or competition applications.

The standard S&S CP3 remains the correct choice for most applications, while the High Speed CP3 is reserved for advanced builds that demand maximum fuel delivery at elevated RPM.
