SDP 06–07 LBZ Compound (Twin) Turbo Kit

The SDP 07.5–10 LMM compound turbo kit is built for serious Duramax trucks that need big power, strong drivability, and a kit that fits right. This setup is designed with high quality fabrication, leak-free connections, and durability to handle hard use and high boost.

Kit Features

• Includes SDP 3" billet high-flow Y-bridge kit, built to withstand well over 100 PSI

• Fully TIG welded for smooth joints with flush internal tubing

• Custom high-flow 3.5" mouthpiece with O-ring seal to prevent boost leaks at the factory turbo connection

• V-banded crossover pipe on the S400 outlet and stock turbo mouthpiece
  (eliminates the factory worm gear clamp and reduces boost leak risk)

• Includes valve cover vent fittings with hose and tee
  

• Radiused T6 exhaust flange with a unique mounting setup for easier installation

• CNC machined turbine outlet flange designed to slip-fit inside the factory exhaust housing outlet for a tight seal at the V-band

• High quality stainless steel V-band clamps and T-bolt clamps used at each connection

• Hot side piping and exhaust housing are ceramic coated and heat wrapped

• Cold side piping and compressor housing are powder coated (color of choice)

Driver Side IC Pipe Strap

The driver side intercooler pipe strap connects the top of the driver side intercooler pipe to the turbo compressor housing to help prevent the intercooler pipe from blowing off under high boost.

• MAF rescaling and tuning are required for the larger turbo
