The SDP LML compound kit is designed for high performance trucks that want big power without giving up drivability. This kit is built for a clean install, strong reliability, and leak-free connections throughout — with high quality fabrication and coatings to handle heat and boost long term.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE (Driver Side IC Pipe)

If you do not currently have an aftermarket driver side intercooler pipe, you will need to purchase SDP’s with the kit.

The factory driver side (hot side) silicone boots are weak and are known to fail under increased boost. If you select the driver side pipe option, it will be coated to match your kit.

Kit Highlights

• Retains the 2nd battery under the hood

• Includes SDP 3" Y-bridge

• Includes 1 gallon custom SDP coolant tank with low level sensor
  (raw, polished, or powder coated options available)

• Fully TIG welded piping (smooth internal joints, flush tubing)

• High-flow custom mouthpiece with O-ring seal to prevent boost leaks at the factory turbo connection

• Includes upgraded V-band clamp for the turbo mouthpiece
  (no reusing the weak factory worm gear clamp)

• V-banded crossover pipe on the S400 outlet + stock turbo mouthpiece with required silicone boot
  (prevents leaks long term through heat cycles)
  

• Radiused T6 exhaust flange with unique mounting setup for easier installation

• CNC machined turbine outlet flange designed to slip-fit inside the factory exhaust housing outlet for a tight V-band seal

• High quality stainless steel V-band clamps and T-bolt clamps used throughout

• Hot side piping + exhaust housing are ceramic coated and heat wrapped

• Cold side piping + compressor housing are powder coated (color of choice)

Driver Side IC Pipe Strap

The driver side intercooler pipe strap connects the top of the driver side intercooler pipe to the turbo compressor housing to help prevent the intercooler pipe from blowing off under high boost.

Tuning Requirement

EFI Live tuning is required for this kit.
