This kit features SDP’s new true 3" high flow billet Y bridge with a full 3" bore, paired with matching intercooler piping for a complete upgraded intake path on LBZ/LMM trucks.

Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) testing, SDP identified airflow restriction and turbulence in the factory Y bridge and redesigned the inlet to improve flow and stability. The result is quicker throttle response, improved airflow, and real horsepower gains, especially on trucks that are tuned or running upgraded turbo setups.

This Y bridge is machined in house from 6061 billet aluminum on a 5 axis CNC mill for precision fitment. Unlike hand welded or multi setup machined pieces that can warp or misalign, this design provides a consistent, leak free fit every time.

• 2009–2010 trucks require a MAP sensor seal (included)

Driver Side IC Pipe Strap

The driver side intercooler pipe strap connects the top of the driver side intercooler pipe to the turbo compressor housing to help prevent the intercooler pipe from blowing off under high boost.

Manufacturing + Finish

The Y bridge, studs, intercooler plumbing, and intake horn are all manufactured in house at SDP, and finished with custom powdercoating in the color of your choice.
