2006–2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ & LMM

The XDP X-TRA Cool Radiator (XD297) is a heavy-duty direct-fit replacement designed to correct common factory radiator failures while significantly improving durability and cooling performance. Although it installs in the factory location, its construction is based on upgraded manufacturing techniques borrowed from the heavy-duty and semi-truck industry.

This radiator has been tested on our personal trucks, from stock daily drivers to 1,000+ HP competition trucks, with proven reliability and zero issues, even in high-stress and extreme-use applications.

Upgraded Mounting Points
The integrated mounting points have been updated for added strength. This allows for the radiator to be securely mounted in the factory locations. 
 
End Tank/Core Assembly
X-TRA Cool Radiators use a heavy gauge steel crimp strip to mate the core to the end tanks. Instead of using aluminum like the factory radiator, the heavy gauge steel helps to eliminate the common failures of tank and core separation.
